Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a quick look at the SM Arnold Speedy Stone Pet Hair Removal tool. This is a lightweight, pretty gritty tool. It seems like it's made out of a porous, rocky, almost surface. To me, it almost looks like some sort of volcanic rock maybe.
The grittiness is probably what's going to help it remove all that pet hair from your auto interior, your carpets, those sort of things, but it is very gritty so you want to make sure not to use it on vinyl, plastic, leather, wood, metal or any other hard surface.We've got a carpet floor mat here with some dog hair on there, pet hair you can see. So I'm going to try this out. Just going to lightly brush it across. But it is pulling the hair. You can see it's taking a few tries, but got this line here where our pet hair has been pulled away from the carpet, cleaning it up quite a bit.
So it will do the job. I'm not sure that this is the best product that I've ever seen. We do have several different options here etrailer.com for removing pet hair. Most of them are a little bit, I wouldn't say easier to use, but maybe a more versatile, that you can use them on more surfaces than this would allow just because of the grittiness, the abrasiveness of this product, but we'll get the job done. I don't know that it's the best at it.
I think some of the other products that we have might do a little bit better of a job and being more versatile.I think those will probably do the job better for you, but this is pretty low maintenance, not going to have to worry about cleaning it or it's very small so probably fit easily in your glove compartment if you wanted to store it there to do the last minute cleanup. It could work for that purpose. When I said it's small, it's a right about just over five inches long. I'll be just over two and a half inches wide so it is going to be very lightweight, easy to keep it in your glove box. But like I said, I would encourage you to come check out some of our other options here etrailer.com.
